Welding positioner is widely used for welding and holding and assembling of complex workpiece. It is an excellent assistance device for mechanical industry especially steel structure manufacturing industry such as small chemical vessel manufacturing. HBZ series welding positioner is composed of slewing gear of table, overturning gear of table, electrical control assembly and conduction of welding current. It has beautiful appearance and compact structure.
This equipment consists of various types of positioners such as tilting type, head-to-tail rotation type, head-to-tail tiltable type and so on. Through the rotation and turning of the work surface, the workpiece can be placed in the best welding or assembly position. It can be combined with other welding equipment to form a semi-automatic and fully automatic welding special machine. The table rotation table uses frequency conversion stepless speed regulation. Through the rotation and turning of the work surface, the workpiece can be placed in the best welding or assembly position. It can be combined with other welding equipment to form a semi-automatic and fully automatic welding special machine. The table rotation table uses frequency conversion stepless speed regulation. The swing mechanism adopts the swing support type.
