How payment works
- You pay us by card when you submit a request. We pay our team per completed task.
- Managed orders: the $300 deposit is applied to the 2.5% fee, invoiced when the order value is confirmed.
- Samples, inspections beyond the included day, and travel outside Guangdong are billed at cost with receipts.
- If we can't reach any of your chosen suppliers within the turnaround, that supplier's fee is refunded.
