Listing is free for them; some pay a subscription to manage their own listing, and nothing they pay changes rankings, recommendations or what a report says.

Why not just message them for free on Alibaba?

Plenty of buyers start there, and sometimes it works. Here is what usually happens, and what you get for $29 instead.

Who they work for
The rep earns commission on your order. Their job is to close you.

How payment works

You pay by card when you submit a request. We pay our team for each job they complete.
On a Managed order, the $300 deposit counts toward the 2.5% fee, which we invoice once the order value is confirmed.
Samples, inspections beyond the included day, and travel outside Guangdong are billed at cost with receipts.
100% refund if not satisfied: tell us within 7 days of your report and we refund the fee in full. Third-party costs already spent on your behalf are not refundable.
