Service

Canton Fair Sourcing (“we”) provides sourcing, verification, inspection and order-management services performed by our team in China on your instructions. Product listings, prices, MOQs and landed-cost figures shown on the site are indicative and are not offers to sell.

Fees and refunds

Fees are charged when a request is submitted. If we cannot reach a chosen supplier within the stated turnaround, that supplier's portion of the fee is refunded. Third-party costs (samples, freight, travel outside Guangdong) are billed at cost with receipts.

Your purchases

Unless you choose a Managed order, contracts of sale are between you and the supplier. We do not guarantee supplier performance; our verification and inspection reports reflect what we observed on the date stated.

Independence

We are not affiliated with the China Foreign Trade Centre or the China Import and Export Fair.
