Full-automatic production line for processing the head and tail of power cables:
This production line is capable of automatically handling the entire process, ranging from fixed-length cutting of wire materials to the pre-injection molding stage. It also effectively conducts real-time monitoring of key processes and automatically screens out non-compliant products. Depending on diverse product process requirements, the functional modules on the production line can be flexibly combined. The head production line and the tail production line can operate independently to fulfill different customer demands. Moreover, it can be linked to the automatic injection molding production line through the transfer of the mechanical hand.

1. Remove the wire outer sheath of the specified length in accordance with the product requirements. The removed length is adjustable.
2. Utilize CCD color imaging in combination with the servo system to rotate the wire to the correct angle to match the appropriate crimping components or terminals for subsequent processing.
3. Divide the core wires at the head into a fixed shape based on the size of the crimped component for the subsequent processing step.
4. Firstly, evenly cut the head of the core wire to prevent the hollow core resulting from the retraction of copper wires, and then strip the core wire according to the set size. The adjustment of product size can be simply accomplished by modifying parameters.
5. Employ CCD color imaging to detect the polarity of the core wire, the effect of core wire stripping, and the size of core wire stripping.
6. Crimp the terminals. Automatic feeding is achieved through the vibration plate + direct vibration. The crimping force and forming height are adjusted through manual adjustment methods, equipped with two adjustment positions: fine adjustment and coarse adjustment. Optional pressure detection can be selected for crimping quality control. Detect whether there is wire float at the crimping part.
