I Description
This machine is specially designed for assembling radiator core of automotive in double-row oval tubes structure.
Oval tubes are automatically applied by servo driving dispenser.
The machine is capable for different size cores by changing different tools and adjusting pushing strokes.
II Main features:
- Universal chassis adapting to various size cores
- For different pitch only change pitch control tooling
- PLC control +HMI operation
- Safety measures are provided such as safety raster, alarming lamp and buzzer
- Servo driven header plate assembling and core clamping
- Servo driven dispenser applying oval tubes twice automatically
