The galvanizing production line is mainly used to coat a layer of zinc on the surface of steel to play an anti-corrosion role
A complete continuous hot dip galvanizing production line usually contains the following three major sections:
1. Entrance section: main process: Unwinding → Welding (connecting front and rear steel coils) → Cleaning (degreasing, removing surface grease and dirt) → Annealing (heating in a reducing atmosphere to soften the steel and remove surface oxides).
2. Process section (core): main process：hot dip: Immerse the annealed strip into molten zinc at approximately 460°C.air knife control: Use high-speed airflow (air knife) to accurately blow off excess zinc liquid and control the thickness of the zinc layer.alloying(Optional): Heating the plated strip to diffuse iron and zinc to form an alloy layer to improve weldability and coating properties.
3. Export section: main process：cooling: Cool the strip to room temperature.Passivation/oiling: Carry out chromate passivation or chromium-free passivation, or apply anti-rust oil to enhance corrosion resistance and white rust resistance.straightening: Improve plate shape.Slitting/Rewinding: Cut or rewind as required by order.packaged: Finished packaging.
