I Description of fan guard making machines:
Home-use electric fan guards adopt radial wire structure (spoke wire design). We can provide complete machines for your plant.
II Production procedure:
1) Flattening round wire into flat wire for outer ring -- Steel wire flattening machine

2) Bending outer rings and middle rings -- steel wire ring bending machine

3) Ring butt welding, welding rings -- butt welding machine

4) Punching hole on the flat outer ring -- hydraulic press or eccentric press

5) Inner ring spot welding, feeding radial wires, cutting and welding them onto inner ring (for front guard it is center disc). These works are done by one machine – automatic inner ring spot welding machine.

6) Fan guard shape forming: take above step finished parts into hydraulic press and form into designed shape - hydraulic press + forming dies

7) Outer ring welding: take above formed parts onto outer ring welding machine, and then fix outer ring into the fixture also, weld outer ring on the part - outer ring welding machine.

This outer ring welding machine has two stations, one station for preparing and one station for welding. So there need two welding fixtures (moulds).
8) Middle ring welding: If your fan guard design has middle ring, then middle ring welding machine is needed.

9) Edge trimming: after above steps finished, trim the waste edge of fan guard - manual edge trimming machine or auto edge trimming machine

10) Fan guard handle bending & welding: for some table fans, there are handle on fan guard. In this case, handle bending machine and welding machine are needed.
11) Forming clamps by eccentric press & moulds
Step 1: Cutting plate and punching hole by one 25T eccentric press
Step 2: Finishing shape forming by one 12T eccentric press
Note: Automatic production by press & progressive die is also available.
12) Riveting clamps on to fan guards
13) Net repairing: Whenever there are solders missed, repairing by below spot welding machine is needed.
