The copper coating machine is mainly used to make caramel nuts, honey nuts and other spherical products or granules such as chocolate peanuts, honey hazelnuts, and so on ,which needs to be made by heating, mixing, polishing, etc., . It can also be used to roast beans, nuts or seeds. The inclination angle is adjustable, and there is an electric gas burner as a heating device below.
This machine is composed of copper coating pot, stirring wing, electrical control cabinet, burner with automatic ignition system, multi-directional wheels, etc. The motor drives the worm gear through the V-belt to rotate the coating pot. Then the material is rotated up and down in the coating pot, so that the mixing, granulation and polishing are evenly completed.
