The hazelnut paste production line is composed of a rotary roasting machine, a cooling machine, an air type peeling machine, a paste grinder, and a filling machine. The hazelnut paste production line is of low noise, easy operation and simple maintenance.

The output of the rotary drum roaster is 100kg/h, which can be heated by electricity or gas . Under the automatic temperature control function, the hazelnuts can be roasted at about 160° for 40-60 minutes. The hazelnuts have the same color inside and outside, without burning.

The cooling cart is used to cool the roasted hazelnuts, and adopts unique functions to quickly cool down the high-temperature nut materials to 20-30 degrees.

The hazelnut peeling machine is our company's unique new type of peeling equipment. It beats the traditional peeling machine with 99% high peeling rate, high whole kernel rate, high application rate and high cost performance, which is sold well at home and abroad.

The peeled hazelnuts needs to be put into the nut butter grinder for grinding twice to make hazelnut paste. The first time is coarse grinding,which can make hazelnut paste reach medium fineness. The second time is fine grinding, which can make finished hazelnut paste into a fine and smooth state. The equipment is simple in structure and easy to operate , finely ground, retaining the original taste of hazelnut paste.

The filling machine is used to put the finished hazelnut paste into bottles for storage. It is easy to use with simple structure and high filling accuracy.
