The case packaging machine is specifically designed for the automatic cartoning of beverages, juice, tea and canned products in glass bottles, PET bottles and tin or aluminum cans. The machine has the function of automatic folding or erecting the carton box, both blank cardboard and pre-made carton case are workable by different machine designs. There are also structures of product arraying units for grouping the pattern format, automatic loading into carton box system and automatic gluing unit.
By highly intelligent PLC control system with an HMI touch screen, the machine can achieve zero manpower and high working efficiency and high automation level, a great help to reduce the product cost.
Various kinds of bottles with different sizes and profiles can be run by the same machine with simple and fast adjustment, the bottle pattern unit is also flexible for adjustment or simple changeover.
Improved case cardboard storage unit for more quantity of blank cardboard or pre-made case, suitable for high-speed packing, international well-known brands of the gearbox, motors, PLC and sensors resulting in fast, stable and reliable running.
