This machine belongs to a hydraulic three-roll plate bending machine. It is used to complete the processes of pre-bending, rounding and straightening of plate ends without turning around after loading carbon steel and low alloy steel for various containers at room temperature. The upper roller can move vertically and horizontally. Pre-bending is achieved by moving the upper roller horizontally so that the upper roller is in an asymmetrical position relative to the lower roller.

During rounding, the two lower rollers are driven by a motor and a reducer. Since the elevation of the lower roller remains unchanged, it is convenient to feed and operate. The line terminal strip is marked with the same line number as the connection number, and the electrical wiring diagram and schematic diagram are marked accordingly.
