Lower roller device The lower roller device consists of a lower roller, a lower roller bearing seat, a lower roller open gear, a lower roller sliding bearing, etc. The lower roller is a driving roller, and the torque is transmitted to the lower roller through the main drive output gear and the lower roller open gear. The material of the lower roller is 45# steel, heat treated HRC48-52; the material of the lower roller gear is 45# steel. 3. Main transmission The main transmission device consists of the main motor, gear reducer, brake, etc.
