H-beam is made of two flanges and a web, and the position of them has direct impact on the qualified rate of finished products. H-beam assembling Machine can quickly and accurately spot weld the flanges and web together, which significantly improves the production efficiency.
H-beam assembling Machine is composed of main machine, a draw bar centering system, input and output roller conveyor, hydraulic system, electric control system and CO2 Gas Shielded Welding machines.
The assembling machine has automatic welding and manual welding in order to satisfy the users’ requirements. The manual welding has no welding torch fixing device and CO2 Gas shielded welders. And the electric control box also does not have PLC programmable controller. So the users are asked to choose their own CO2Gas Shielded welders, and the spot welding process should be operated by two workers, thus the user's purchase cost can be reduced.
