The accuracy of Youke gear pumps
1. Low flow pulsation: The Youke gear pump adopts a 14-tooth involute tooth profile design with a large number of teeth, which can effectively reduce flow
Measure pulsation and improve the conveying stability of the pump;
2. The conveying accuracy of gear pumps is determined by three dimensions:
2.1 Tooth Profile accuracy: By using a CNC straight gear forming mill to grind the tooth profile, gears can be processed to a precision of no more than grade 4.
2.2 End face clearance: CNC end face grinding is adopted to ensure flatness
2.3 Radial clearance: The Japanese Mazak machining center and CNC cylindrical grinding machine ensure the clearance between the top circle of the gear shaft teeth and the housing
The gap is within the design range.
The above three dimensions are guaranteed by design. After our testing, the repeatability accuracy is less than 2‰
