This series upward pull type vertical internal broaching machine, able to broach various geometry shapes internal hole surface (example the gear internal spline and others). High production efficiency, high precision, convenient to operate and no pollution, suitable to large batch production.The machine adopt the broaching method that fixed broach and workpiece upward motion, this able to improve the broaching precision of workpiece. This series machine able to manufacture to be broaching machining center with completely closed automatic material feeding and discharging, it has material feeding mechanism, transmitting mechanism, broaching main machine and material discharge mechanism, able to link with other machines to form one fully automatic production line. This series machine needn’t produce ground holes, the machine configure the automatic broach brush mechanism, also able to optionally configure automatic revolving brush broaching mechanism according to customer requirements, extend cutter working life.
This series broaching machine able to configure our air pressure type oil-gas cooling technology (patent number 2L2012100238260), automatic spraying washing mechanism technology (patent CN202825411U), power brush clean technology (patent ZL201720799269X) and other patent mechanism, able to validly clean the iron chips in the cutter chips groove, act the cooling and lubricating performance of cutter at the same time, control the temperature rising deformation during broaching, improve the part broaching precision.
The machine adopt servo drive, able to configure NC system, stable working, step less speed regulate, set the automatic, semi automatic and manual circling.
The machine process safety protection through electric and mechanical device.
