In response to people's expectations for large-scale solutions and confusion about the problem of multiple varieties and small batches, Shenyang Jinglian proposed a solution, namely a manufacturing model, named "Ant Colony Manufacturing System." This manufacturing system is an "upgrade" to the traditional automated production line plan, and a "replacement" to the original FMC and FMS technology that is manufactured in small and medium batches of multiple products.
The "Ant Colony Manufacturing System" aims to improve product quality, reduce single-piece manufacturing costs, and improve equipment manufacturing capabilities. It is based on reconfigurable integrated manufacturing processes, numerical control, informatization, networking, intelligence, big data and other technologies. Relying on it, it follows the basic principles of composite manufacturing and parallel operation, takes building the shortest process chain length, compressing process auxiliary time and reducing invalid time as the basic method, and takes full-process tracking and improving equipment functions and performance as the basic means. A flexible manufacturing system that uses full-time domain evaluation of job efficiency as the evaluation criterion and can realize intelligent production scheduling and intelligent scheduling.
1. Super flexible.As long as the part specifications are within the processing range of the machine tool, all parts can be processed on the same machine.
2. The spindle utilization rate can be above 85%.The only time when the spindle is not working is tray exchange and tool change.
3. Machine tool automatic distribution of tools, creating an unlimited number of tool conditions where one machine tool can process various parts, while reducing human error and saving the machine tool time for manual cutting
4. Five-axis turning plate assembly with 1g acceleration, single-machine processing efficiency is high.
5. Machine tools are arranged in parallel, each CNC machine tool is independent of each other and has no process undertaking relationship. Different types of parts or different processes of the same type of parts can be processed simultaneously without stopping the machine.
6. Machine tools have offline and semi-offline functions, can be flexibly configured according to production conditions.
7. tool management system, has functions such as tool life management, tool broken detection, etc. Tools whose life has reached or broken tools are automatically evacuated from CNC machine tools and new tools are automatically replaced to CNC machine tools. Ensure the realization of the unattended function of the production line (light-off processing production mode) and save labor costs.
