Split Ultrasonic Level Gauge Model: HDLCSY-03K
Principle of the Split Ultrasonic Level Gauge:
The HDLCSY-03K ultrasonic liquid (material) level instrument is a digital level gauge controlled by a microprocessor. During measurement, pulsed ultrasound is emitted by the sensor (transducer). The sound wave is reflected by the surface of the liquid (material) and received by the same sensor, then converted into an electrical signal. The distance from the sensor to the measured liquid (material) is calculated based on the time between the sound wave's transmission and reception.
Features of the Split Ultrasonic Level Gauge:
The HDLCSY-03 ultrasonic liquid (material) level instrument features automatic power adjustment, gain control, and temperature compensation. It utilizes advanced detection technology and computer technology to improve measurement accuracy and includes a function to suppress interference echoes, ensuring true and accurate measurement results.
Due to its non-contact measurement method, the measured medium is almost unrestricted. It can be widely used in various environments such as water, sewage, cement, acids, alkalis, coal powder, slurry, alcohol, beverages, etc. Its unique compact probe, made of DuPont Tefzel material, is non-sticky and anti-scaling, ensuring reliable application in highly corrosive environments. Advanced high-speed digital signal analysis and processing technology automatically filter out various false reflections and multiple echoes easily generated within small enclosed containers. Comprehensive temperature and frequency compensation functions automatically correct sound velocity errors caused by ambient temperature changes and variations in resonant frequency, ensuring accurate real-time measurement.
