I. Overview
The HDL-FC-20G online laser inhalable dust continuous detector (hereinafter referred to as the online dust detector) is primarily used for detecting the concentration of dust particulate matter (PM10 and TSP) and providing an over-limit alarm in industrial and mining enterprises. This instrument draws air containing dust particles from large public indoor spaces, industrial and mining enterprises, factory workshops, or production areas into the instrument, and analyzes it using a high-precision laser dust detection sensor. The resulting data is displayed on the instrument's display screen, indicating the dust concentration value in that space.
The HDL-FC-20G online laser inhalable dust continuous detector utilizes the advanced light scattering principle, employing a semiconductor laser as the measuring light source to conduct highly sensitive and non-contact measurements of dust in the air. The entire testing process is managed and controlled by a single-chip microprocessor, and a high-resolution, large-screen, high-brightness liquid crystal display with full Chinese display is adopted.
