Product introduction
The WQ submersible sewage pump is a product developed by our company based on the advanced technology of a well-known German pump manufacturer. It has a high starting point in terms of technology, significant energy-saving effects, strong supporting capabilities and wide applicability. It was listed as a key product for introduction and digestion by the former State Machinery Commission, and has passed export quality approval and CE certification. After being launched on the market, it was welcomed and praised by users. In addition to being sold in bulk on the international market, it has also been selected as a substitute for imported products for many national key construction projects. In 1995, it was listed as a development project of the “Torch Program” by the National Science and Technology Commission, and in 1997 it was designated as a recommended product of the Ministry of Construction and a promoted product of the National Science and Technology Commission.

Product features
1. The WQ submersible sewage pump is designed with large-channel anti-blockage hydraulic components, which can effectively pass fixed particles with a diameter of 125MM.
2. The motor adopts a water jacket circulating water cooling system, which can ensure reliable operation of the electric pump in a waterless (dry) state.
3. The motor can be started ≥15 times per hour.
4. The insulation class of the motor is ≥F.
5. The motor anti-condensation device can automatically dehumidify the motor to ensure that the motor insulation is above 300M in a high temperature environment, so that the motor can operate normally and reliably.
6. It adopts an automatic coupling system, which is easy to install, does not require the construction of a pump room, and can reduce a large amount of engineering costs and lower operating costs.
7. The automatic protection system has a multifunctional operation display, which can centrally control various operating states and provide effective protection.

Operating conditions
PH: 5-9; water temperature not exceeding 40°C; (special use media such as high temperature, slightly corrosive media, seawater, etc. can be specially customized).
Installation method
Fixed wet installation: The pump can be automatically slid along the double guide rails to the installation position on the base and the outlet connection sealed.
Fixed dry installation: The bottom of the pump is installed on a bracket for fixed dry installation. Suitable for pump stations with separate collection tanks and water tanks, it saves space and installation costs and is a good choice for retrofitting old pump stations with long-shaft pumps.
