1 Purpose and Form The
shielded electric pump is a sealed whole of the shielded motor and pump combination. It has the unique advantage of no leakage. It is used to transport flammable, explosive, corrosive, highly toxic, volatile and precious liquids. The basic type is the most basic type of shielded electric pumps and is the most widely used. On the basis of the basic type, according to the different physical and chemical properties and use conditions of the transported liquids, the reverse circulation type N type, the high temperature separation type G type, the self-priming type Z type and the mud sealing type V type are designed and manufactured.
2 Scope
This manual describes in detail the use requirements, structure, installation and maintenance inspections of Type B, Type N, Type G, Type Z and Type V shielded electric pumps with design pressures of 1.0MPa, 3.0MPa, 4.0MPa, and 6.3Mpa, and the temperature of the conveying medium does not exceed 350℃, and do not contain particles.
3 Usage requirements
3.1 No liquid operation is prohibited.
3.2 When the bearing monitor indicates the yellow area, the electric pump should be disassembled to check the bearings, and the red area indicates that the bearings must be stopped to replace.
3.3 When the protective device is activated, it is not allowed to continue to operate until the cause of the action is ascertained and the fault is completely eliminated. At this time, check the imbalance of three-phase resistors and insulation resistance.
3.4 Thoroughly remove rust and solid foreign matter in the device. To ensure that clean media enters the pump, it is recommended to install a filter at the pump inlet.
3.5 Trial operation should be carried out after the pump is completely filled with working fluid.
3.6 Electric pumps with cooling water must be connected to the cooling water according to the specified cooling water flow, and then started to operate.
3.7 During operation, if abnormal sound or vibration occurs, the vehicle must be stopped immediately, the cause should be found out, and the fault should be eliminated.
3.8 Do not continue to operate in reverse.
3.9 The cut-off operation should not exceed 30 seconds.
3.10 Do not operate under conditions that cause cavitation.
3.11 The normal working state of the electric pump must be within the performance parameter range specified in the nameplate, otherwise the axial thrust of the electric pump will be affected.
3.12 When disassembling and inspecting the pump, the circulation pipeline should also be checked for abnormalities.
3.13 If the specifications and models are inconsistent, they shall not be used.
3.14 Before operation, fully exhaust gas should be exhausted.
3.15 There must be no solid impurities in the conveying liquid.
3.16 When the flow is less than the minimum flow, a bypass line should be added, otherwise it should not be operated.
