The first single-scale 1.3MW supercritical CO2 high-temperature steam heat pump developed by our company in China can provide high-temperature steam at 100℃-180 ℃ and 0.1-0.9MPa. The COP has exceeded from less than 2.0 in the current market to 3.5. Achieve efficient waste heat recovery, with a recovery rate of up to 80%, which can effectively reduce enterprise energy costs. The average annual heat supply of a single unit is 37440GJ. The system adopts advanced PLC control system, which can realize automatic switching between the heat pump system and the original system, double ensuring the safety and stability of production. According to the customer's recoverable waste heat grade, resources and steam demand, multiple modules are installed in a distributed and parallel combination. The system is equipped with an intelligent monitoring operation management platform to realize intelligent monitoring and management throughout the equipment life cycle.
