The VGA-300D series radar-type level measurement instruments are characterized by precise measurement, high efficiency, no need for maintenance, wear resistance, and simple installation.

When using a radar sensor, no medium needs to be added, and it can be debugged with an empty chamber, due to the transmission
The sensor does not come into contact with the medium, so there is almost no wear and tear. For example, it can be used to measure liquid fuels, chemical supplies, and so on. It can be widely applied to level measurement in industries such as metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, coal, light industry, pharmaceuticals, and food.
Even when measuring highly toxic media, radar sensors are equally applicable, ensuring absolute sealing between the sensor and the container. For instance, they can be used to measure liquid fuels, chemical supplies, and more. Even for liquefied gases such as chlorine or ammonia, with the appropriate process connection selected based on TA air permits, safe measurement can be achieved.
Working principle
Radar level gauges are used for non-contact continuous measurement of solid or liquid media. The radar antenna emits in the form of a very short pulse beam
For radar signals at 6.3GHZ or 26GHZ, when the radar pulse encounters a medium and is reflected back, the travel time of the radar pulse is directly proportional to the distance from the probe to the medium surface. After receiving the reflected wave, the level gauge employs the ECHOF0X fuzzy logic method for echo analysis and outputs the material level signal.
