ZS series big particle dredge pump is designed for continuously handing the most difficult higher abrasive slurries which contain too big solids. The big particle dredge pump is casted as a single pump casing structure with smooth over-current channel.The overflow part is made of hard nickel and high chromium wear resistant alloy. The outlet direction of the big particle dredge pump can be adjusted according to the request direction.
The big particle dredge pump is suitable for delivering strong abrasive slurry containing bigger particles in mining, explosive sludge in metal melting, dredging and so on.
The advantages of the big particle dredge pump are heavy flow, easy installation and operation, good performance of NPSH and abrasion resistance.
Specification
1. The wear resistant gravel pump is horizontal, single pump casing structure centrifugal pump.
2. Use special clamp clamping pump body and pump cover, the pump outlet can be adjusted in the any direction of 360 degrees, easy to install and use.
3. The bearing components with cylindrical structure, easy to adjust the gap between the impeller and the pump body to keep long working life.
4. Bearing with grease lubrication.
5.The wear resistant gravel pump has three kinds of shaft seal including packing seal, vice impeller seal, mechanical seal.
6. Wide flow channel , good cavitation performance, high efficiency, abrasion resistance.
7.Transmission methods are: V-shaped V-belt driven, flexible coupling driven, gearbox transmission, hydraulic coupling driven, thyristor speed control speed and so on.
8.Over-flow components Material: nickel-containing high-chromium wear-resistant alloy.
9.Using variety speed and variants, making the sand and wear resistant gravel pump running in the best conditions.
10. Long working life and high operating efficiency can meet a variety of bad working conditions.
