Ecological Decoration Gypsum Board Production Line
The ecological decoration gypsum board production line is the automatic production line. This production line is composed of the material feeding and slurry preparation section, the forming section, the automatic demoulding section, and the post-processing section. This production line successfully replaced the hand-made model of decorative gypsum board. It increases the level of automation of the production line, greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers, and improves product quality and production efficiency.
Technical feature:
1.Adopts pinless mixer, easy maintenance & feeding; solve the problems like agitation uneven, internal block, plugging etc.
2.Adopts new metering system for feeding, which ensures raw materials enter into screw conveyor in a certain quantity
3.Install high speed rotating rollers for scattering the slurry quickly
4.Adopts inclinated scraper with cleaning device which ensures smoothly surface
5.Adopts full automatic demolding device for circulating production
