Product Introduction
The DC Arc Generator is designed for DC photovoltaic (PV) arc fault circuit protection in solar PV power generation systems and for arc detection in PV inverters. It can also simulate arc fault conditions in PV DC circuits to verify whether the arc fault protection system of the circuit operates as intended when arc fault occurs.
Application Scenarios
Suitable for inverter R&D, AFCI R&D, certification testing, and quality inspection.
Product Features
1. Built in RS 485 communication interface and LAN port for software control, enabling integration of automatic test systems.
2. Automatic speed and jog speed are configurable, with precise speed control down to 10 µm/s.
3. One key start for automatic arc generating tests, with active disconnection capability of DC circuit .
4. Automatic zero position calibrating and touchscreen based return to the initial contact position.
5. Provides arc voltage acquisition points (reserved on the device) for effective measurement, observation, and analysis of arc characteristics using an oscilloscope.
6. Easy to move and transport.
