Turbine PTFE wafer butterfly valve
The double-sealed fluorine-containing polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) butterfly valve is designed to meet the requirements of certain corrosive environments with strong acids and strong bases, as well as those in various special fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, and food. The valve body is made of PTFE and has a strong anti-corrosion effect. Under normal conditions, it can replace the stainless steel valve body and has a higher cost-performance ratio. The butterfly plate of the butterfly valve is installed in the diameter direction of the pipeline. Inside the cylindrical channel of the butterfly valve body, the disc-shaped butterfly plate rotates around the axis, with a rotation angle ranging from 0° to 90°. When the rotation angle reaches 90°, the valve is in the fully open state.
The double-ended fluorine-tight sealing butterfly valve can be equipped with AKR electric or BY pneumatic actuators. By inputting control signals (4~20 mADC or 1~5 VDC) and a single-phase power supply, it can be controlled to operate. It can achieve both intelligent (adjustable) and on-off functions. It features strong functionality, small size, light weight, ease of operation, reliable performance, simple matching, large flow capacity, and is particularly suitable for applications where the medium is viscous, contains particles, or fibers.
