LN85 Series Sleeve Control Valve
Brief description: LN8500 is one of the three basic types of pressure balance single-seat control valves in the LN8 series. It features a separate sleeve, large-area guiding structure, and a molded spring energy storage pressure balance sealing ring. It has the advantages of good dynamic stability, high control accuracy, large allowable pressure difference, small operating force, and large flow capacity. It is suitable for a wide temperature range of working conditions, large pressure differences, and fluid control under alternating stress.
Detailed Introduction
The LN8 series control valve is a type of sleeve-guided, pressure-balanced single-seat control valve. It was certified by TÜV ISO15848 in 2019. It adopts a separate sleeve structure and high-performance balanced sealing ring for sealing. It is suitable for fluid control under normal temperature and initial heating conditions. It can also be equipped with a bellows seal type. It has been applied thousands of times in industries such as fine chemicals, petrochemicals, and pharmaceuticals.
The LN83/85 series sleeve-guided control valves adopt a fluid pressure balanced valve plug, sleeve inner wall guidance, floating compression type self-aligning valve seat structure. They have good dynamic stability, low operating force, resistance to erosion, allow for large pressure differences, are convenient for installation and disassembly, have low maintenance costs, and are suitable for various harsh working conditions of high pressure differences, high noise, high erosion, and various high and low temperature media.
Adopting a modular design concept, integrating the high-precision control of the American and Japanese styles with the modular concept of the German style.
The inner cavity of the valve is in an S-shaped distribution, smooth and without any dead corners. Inside the valve body, there are guiding wings which can reduce the mutual interaction force of the medium inside the valve body and prevent the occurrence of cavitation.
- Using a sleeve guide, the guide diameter is large, the guidance is smooth, and it has good dynamic stability.
The valve seat is designed in a floating manner, and the sealing surfaces are in the form of conical surfaces, ensuring good alignment of the sealing pair.
