I. Introduction to Machine Tools
The TY-WM series CNC external cylindrical grinder is a two-coordinate linkage internal and external cylindrical grinder designed for grinding processes in the ceramics and quartz industries. It can be used to grind external cylindrical surfaces, internal cylindrical surfaces, and end faces of parts such as ceramics, quartz, and glass.
II. Characteristics of Machine Tools
1. The casting bed structure is adopted, with all major structural components being castings, exhibiting characteristics such as low deformation, high rigidity, and excellent stability;
2. The imported Bosch Rexroth linear guides from Germany are selected, featuring high strength, excellent precision, and superior wear resistance.
3. High-precision ball screw nut pair transmission effectively eliminates transmission clearance;
4. Servo motor drive system with precise and reliable feed accuracy and stepless speed variation;
5. Internal protection: In addition to the protection for guide rails and lead screws, the ball screw is equipped with an elastic spiral protective sleeve, providing double-layer protection.
6. Install a flow control switch on the water pump to enable water cutoff alarm, which will halt machine tool processing (including spindle, grinding head, and all feed axes) to prevent workpiece damage.
7. The machine tool features fully enclosed protection, ensuring safer and cleaner machining processes while maintaining an aesthetically pleasing and tidy appearance.
8. Equipped with comprehensive water cutoff detection, cooling system, lubrication system, electrical system, and numerical control system, it achieves highly automated machine tool processing operations.
