Passivation pre-filming is crucial before each cooling tower's use, achieved through a chemical treatment process. Metal and galvanized water system parts must undergo pre-treatment prior to system startup or chemical adoption. Method of usage
Dosing concentration: Based on the amount of water retained in the system, the dosing concentration is 100-200ppm;
Water quality conditions: When pre-filming the system, the pH value is required to be 4-6; Ca2+ is required to be 100-150ppm;
Pre-filming time: When the water temperature is greater than 20℃, the pre-filming time is 24-36 hours; when the water temperature is less than 20℃, the pre-filming time is 48 hours.
Packaging and storage
1.2kg is independently vacuum-cured and plastic-sealed in a polyethylene tube bag, and each 12 bags (14.4kg) is sealed and packaged in a recyclable carton. Store in a ventilated and dry place below 40℃. The product shelf life is 24 months.
