Introduction to the product
Corrosion and scale inhibitor Tablet are solid tablets manufactured by isolating, wrapping, release-controlling water treatment chemicals and pressing it into solid tablets with the high pressure production process and CRT (controlled release technology). Its formulation set contains ferrous metal corrosion inhibitor, non-ferrous metal corrosion inhibitor, scale inhibitor, dispersant, deposition inhibitors, etc. Different from liquid water treatment chemicals (the content of active matter is only 20%-30%), Corrosion and scale inhibitor Tablet contains over 95% of active matters. When added into the system, each tablet (100g) can release active ingredients continuously for 3 to 4 weeks, to effectively control the corrosion and scaling of the cooling water system.

Method of use

The recommended dosing concentration of Corrosion and scale inhibitor Tablet is 20-25ppm (calculated on the basis of system sewage discharge volume). You may simply hang the tablets in the water distribution pan or water collection pan of the cooling tower and other places where the water will go through. The tablets will dissolve and release active ingredients slowly for up to three to four weeks, and then be replaced after complete dissolution. Every 5 tablets (500g) can help with the daily maintenance of a cooling water system (10~25RT) for three to four weeks, and the monthly dosage for a cooling water system of 100 RT is only 2~3 kg. For larger systems (300RT or more), a special Leap tablet dosing device can be used to achieve the automatic dosing of tablets.

Packaging and storage

Each set of 7 tablets is packed individually in a polyethylene tube bag or nylon mesh bags. Every 112 tablets (11.2kg) is sealed in a recyclable carton. It has a shelf life of 24 months if stored in a ventilated and dry place below 40℃.
