PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
PTFE is commonly known as Plastic King, F4, or Teflon.
It is made of suspended polytetrafluoroethylene resin by compression molding and can be made into plates, turning films and tubes. Can be pressed and shaped. It can be mixed with graphite to make plates, rods, packings, ropes and raw materials.
PTFE plate PTFE plate is divided into two kinds of molded plate and turning plate. The molded plate is made of polytetrafluoroethylene resin at room temperature by molding, and then made by sintering and cooling. The turning board is made of Teflon resin through compacting, sintering and rotary cutting.

PRODUCT APPLICATION
Polytetrafluoroethylene is widely used in industries such as atomic energy, national defense, aerospace, electronics, electrical, chemical, machinery, instrumentation, instrumentation, construction, textile, metal surface treatment, pharmaceutical, medical, food, metallurgical and smelting industries. Corrosive materials, insulating materials, anti-stick coatings, etc., make it an irreplaceable product.
PTFE has outstanding excellent comprehensive performance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, non-stick, self-lubrication, excellent dielectric properties, and very low coefficient of friction. Used as engineering plastics, it can be made into Teflon tubes, rods, belts, plates, films, etc. Generally used in corrosion-resistant pipes, containers, pumps, valves, radar, high-frequency communication equipment, radio equipment, etc. with high performance requirements. Add any filler that can withstand the sintering temperature of PTFE in PTFE, its mechanical properties can be greatly improved. At the same time, maintain other excellent properties of PTFE. Filled varieties include glass fiber, metal, metalized oxide, graphite, molybdenum disulfide, carbon fiber, polyimide, EKONOL, etc., wear resistance, limit PV value can be increased by 1000 times. Painted on the surface of bullet bullets can increase bullet penetration and enable bullets to penetrate bulletproof vests.
