The production line adopts cast film process to heat and extrude PE,EVA,TPR,PP, and other material, coat on the substrates (base fabric), calender and cool, final take up in rolls.
The machine can be manufactured according to customer's requirement.it can be designed into computer antomatic control, with vector frequency converter, PLC intergrated control, human friendly interface and touch screen displayer.
Main usage: suitable for laminating a variety of non-woven fabrics, paper, woven fabrics, mesh,foam, pearl cotton, aluminium foil, top cover for car, carpet, printed films etc. in single layer or multiple.
