PLC man-machine interaction interface:realizing intelligent operation of touch screen and monitoring operation status of machine;realizing the functions of monitoring the operation status and parameters setting in mobile APP.
The extruder screw and barrel are made of 38CRMoALA alloy steel with the hardness above HV950 after nitrogen treatment.
The gear reducer is made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel and helical gear.Extruder cylinder adopts aluminum alloy casting heater, durable
The speed regulation method adopts frequency conversion.
Siemens electric is the main motor, customers can also choose other international brands.
The reducer is the first brand in China and its quality is guaranteed.
Equipped with metering pump, even wire.
Use dehumidification crystal, double column and double station cage net filters, also can choose other filters.
High temperature heat conduction oil as medium, ensure the heat uniformity of raw materials, high mesh changing system, raw materials filter more clean.
The water tank is made of stainless steel, and the traction roller is made of surface stainless steel to prevent rust. All stainless steel can be customized according to customers' requirements.
