- PLC man-machine interaction interface:realizing intelligent operation of touch screen and monitoring operation status of machine;realizing the functions of monitoring the operation status and parameters setting in mobile APP.
- Set up joint adjustment and linkage device for the main engine and traction to realize synchronous adjustment of speed, stable process and easy operation.
The 38CrMoALA high-strength alloy steel screw barrel and screw rod treated with nitrification are combined with the length-diameter ratio of 33:1 to make the raw materials have good plasticization, high extrusion pressure, uniform diameter, corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
Add metering pump to the machine head, so that the pressure is stable, the raw materials are better plasticized, and the spinneretting is even.
The main motor shall be international brand Siemens and designated by the customer

Visual detection system for yarn-breaking:embedded industrial camera imaging can accurately monitor the number of yarns and realize automatic alarm for yarn-breaking.

The tractor adopts helical gear transmission, point-to-point centralized lubrication, low noise, large transmission torque, stable performance and long service life.
Hot and cold water tank and stretch roller are made of 304 stainless steel, beautiful and corrosion-resistant.
The rewinding is carried out by the torque motor and combined with the torque governor to make the product force balanced and arranged beautifully;The use of smooth rod wire, winding stable low noise, energy saving.
