This equipment set process the coil into the size required by the customer and neatly stacking and drum top and bottom punching and pre-curling and gluing by the ways of uncoiling, flattening, precision sizing, cutting (drum body material stacking), stagger blanking, lids overturning, pre-curling and gluing.The main working machine is consist of uncoiling machine, 9-roller flattening machine,5-roller sizing flattening machine, cutting machine, lift piler, sheet blanking frame, unloading roller conveyor, top and bottom ends Conveyor, cover turnover machine, pre-curling & gluing machine, scrap or waste cutting machine, automatic scrap collection unit,hydraulic system, pneumatic system,electric system，moulds for top & bottom ends and drum cover double locking mould, also it equip material feeding,buffering,deviation rectify,transition, conveyor unit and so on.
