Working principle of the equipment:

The toothed roll crusher uses motors to drive the driving wheels on both sides to make the two toothed rolls rotate differently towards each other. A convenient adjustment device is used to adjust the gap between the two toothed rolls. Materials smaller than the gap fall automatically, and materials larger than the gap fall automatically. Materials in the axial and radial directions are subjected to combined crushing in the form of pulling, splitting, grinding, rubbing, hitting, extruding, etc. to ensure that the particle size after crushing meets the required requirements. Due to the differential operation of the two rollers, resonance is cancelled, automatic cleaning is achieved, and the sticking phenomenon is completely solved. There is no requirement for material moisture and no additional equipment is needed, which greatly simplifies the process flow of the coal handling system.
