Zhouxiang MZ inverter DC submerged arc welding power is a new energy-efficient equipment, including MZ-630, MZ-1000, MZ-1250 and other specifications which can be used for carbon steel welding , stainless steel welding , heat-resistant steel welding and composite materials welding .It is widely used in shipbuilding, boiler, chemical containers, bridges, cranes and metallurgical machinery manufacturing industry.
This series of inverter DC submerged arc welding power has ideal static external characteristics and good dynamic characteristics, complete control functions, and its main features are as follows.
1. IGBT inverter technology, ensure the welding current is highly stable in the condition of grid voltage fluctuations and arc length change, arc self-regulating ability is good.
2. There is the function of arc striking current regulation, adjusting the arc striking current in accordance with the requirements of the welding technology, greatly improved the success rate of arc striking.
3. There is the function of thrust current regulation, to ensure the welding formation, easy for welding penetration adjustment , so that submerged arc welding machine is much more adaptable for welding processes .
4. compatible with manual arc welding function ,which can be used for carbon arc gouging and manual electric arc welding etc;
5. Wide current adjustment range, the minimum current is 60A;
6. light weight, small size, easy to move;
7. high efficiency, high power factor,which is an energy efficient equipment.
