Introduction of Y24 Rock Drilling Machine
Working Principle
The Y24 rock drilling machine uses compressed air as its power source. After the compressed air enters the rock drilling machine through the connecting pipe, it passes through the air distribution device and alternately enters both ends of the cylinder according to a certain pattern, pushing the piston to move back and forth in the cylinder. When the piston moves forward, it impacts the tail of the drill rod, transferring the energy to the drill rod, causing the drill bit to generate an impact force on the rock and break the rock. When the piston returns, the air distribution device changes the direction of the air flow, preparing for the next impact. At the same time, the rotation mechanism inside the rock drilling machine makes the drill rod rotate a certain angle after each impact to ensure that the drill bit can continuously and effectively break the rock and form a blast hole.
