Introduce of HF400 Hydraulic Block Machine

This is a double sides hydraulic pressing machine,the machine electricity and hydraulic are all in one ,and controlling by the PLC system.Here is one specific mold with the machine,it can produce insulating block,meanwhile it can produce different shape and size of block by changing the molds.With low labor intensity and high productivity to produce high strength new energy-saving building materials,by using industry waste,like steel slag and fly ash,ect.by this way ,it can save a lot arable land for the state.

Main structure

The machine is made of forming machine ,materials

Feeder,hydraulic system,electrical system,block receiver

and stacker.And the forming machine includes Frame,

upper mold,mold core&core seat component

(or call #2 panel),#3panel,bottom part & ejector rob 

Component,forming die impression,hook compon ent

And buffer .

The materials feeder has the components of frame,

Materials feeding case,drawing panel,guide rail and

Hopper.The block receiver is working by pneumatic

Pulley and all the pneumatic gas valve are from well

And reliable ,Easily operating ,dependable performance and insure controlling .The hydraulic system includes hydraulic hydraulic unit ,pipe and cylinder,all the hydraulic components are from famous domestic & overseas brand,it has reliable performance and Insure controlling .The hydraulic unit is made of oil tank,motor ,high-press pump,pile-up valve group,cooler and oil in-return filter .also the oil tank brings oil thermometer ,liquid level meter and filter element blockage a larm,when the filter element was blocked up,it will notify to change.

Eletrical system is using Mitsubishi FX2Z PLC ,Siemens contator and omron relay ,having the functions of automatic operation and realizing fault diagnosis.It also adopts safety logic controller to avoid incorrect operation effectively,to make sure the machine running in an effective and accurate way ,also for the operator’s safety.
