Disposable PE Glove Production Line

There are two components to produce disposable gloves .Firstly,produce CPE/TPE/HDPE glove film by casting extrusion line or film blowing line;Secondly,produce disposable gloves by corresponding glove making machine.

Glove film making method:

1、 Casting extrusion method: CPE / TPE film is produced by single-layer or multi-layer co extrusion with LDPE, LLDPE, PE, CPE, TPE, EVA etc. as main raw materials. This method has the advantages of high output, good quality and wide application field.

2、 Film blowing method: with HDPE and LDPE resins as main raw materials,produced by blowing film machine. This method has the characteristics of low output, small land occupation and low cost.

Glove making method:

1,CPE/TPE glove making machine.This machine mainly use the film produced by casting extrusion line,one machine out of one unit,different size of glove mould to produce different size of disposable glove.

2,HDPE glove making machine.This machine mainly use the film produced by film blowing line. one machine out of two units,different size of glove mould to produce different size of disposable glove.

The above two kinds of glove machine can be matched with the full-automatic tear off glove machine to save labor and improve production efficiency.
