This machine is suitable for sealing juice beverages, tea drinks, carbonated drinks, protein beverages, and canned products that use pull-tab cans (tinplate) as the packaging material. Its production capacity ranges from 50 to 250 cans per minute, making it the preferred product for medium to large-scale beverage and canned food factories. The infeed and outfeed star wheel transmission can lifting system, and sealing actions during the canning process are all mechanically driven, with sealing achieved through a double-wheel progressive two-stage method.
Equipment Structure and Functional Principle:
This machine is the most advanced can filling and sealing machine currently available. When an empty can enters the lifting tray via the dial wheel, the can is lifted and sealed. The pressure head presses the can mouth, the sealing wheel first performs the initial rolling and then the second flattening. After the can is sealed, it is pushed out by the punch of the lid placing mechanism and then enters the can exit conveyor. It mainly adopts Siemens PLC with touch screen, Omron proximity switch, and Delta frequency converter. The entire production speed can be set on the touch screen as required.
Equipment Features:
The sealing machine head uses a dual-axis structure. The feed amount of the first and second rollers can be adjusted and controlled separately, preventing the sealing quality from being affected by cam processing errors or wear and tear, facilitating daily production and maintenance for manufacturers.
The machine head is thickened and heightened, making the sealing process more stable. The whole machine is assembled with heavy-duty bearings, and key heavy load parts use imported bearings, significantly extending the equipment’s lifespan and operational stability.
Equipped with multiple detection and alarm mechanisms: can entry detection, lid dropping detection, can jamming alarm, can exit accumulation alarm, frequency converter alarm, and no lid dropping without cans.

Conveyor: The conveyor uses engineering plastic flat-top chains, which are corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant.
Can Entry Screw Component: This component is a helical cylindrical part made according to a certain pitch, mainly functioning to transport the filled cans to the machine’s dial wheel at a certain speed, preventing can jamming.
Sealing: The filled cans are sent to the sealing machine head via the can entry screw. The lids are distributed through the spiral lid dropping mechanism and are sent to the can mouth by the push of the dial wheel. When the can lifting mechanism rises, the can lifts the lid, the pressure head presses the can mouth, the first sealing wheel rolls the edge, combining the lid and the can’s flanged edges, and the second roller flattens the hooked flange. After sealing, the can is pushed out by the punch of the lid placing mechanism, preventing the lid from being pressed on the pressure head.
Electrical: The main electrical components of this machine use Siemens PLC and Omron proximity switches, designed into a reasonable configuration form by the company’s senior electrical engineers. The entire production speed can be set on the touch screen as required. All common faults are automatically alarmed, with the corresponding fault reason and location provided. Based on the fault’s severity, the PLC automatically determines whether the main machine can continue to run or should stop.
