DGC1804A Non-carbonated Can Filling and Seaming Machine

This machine is suitable for filling and sealing non-carbonated beverages such as fruit juice drinks, tea drinks, protein drinks, canned foods, etc., using tinplate cans as the outer packaging material. It is modeled after a Taiwanese machine, with a production capacity of 100-250 cans per minute, making it the preferred choice for medium to large beverage and canned food factories.

The machine is divided into two stations: filling and can sealing. The filling process uses atmospheric pressure filling, and the liquid level is controlled by a fixed-level filling principle. It is suitable for both ambient temperature and hot filling. The sealing process uses a double-roller progressive method for secondary sealing.

Equipment Principle:

Empty cans are conveyed by the infeed conveyor and separated by the infeed screw. The infeed dial then moves the cans into the filler. The can lifting device on the filler, under the action of a cam, lifts the can to open the filling valve, allowing the material to flow into the can from the filling tank. After the filling process is completed, the can is carried by a hook chain to the lid placement mechanism. Once the proximity switch detects the can, a lid is placed on top. The lid is then conveyed into the can sealer by the dial. The can lifter plate lifts the can for sealing, and after sealing is completed, the outfeed dial moves the sealed cans to the outfeed conveyor for removal.

The PLC automatically determines whether the machine can continue running or needs to stop, based on the severity of the fault.

6. Fully Automatic Cleaning Function: The machine can be equipped with the following optional features based on customer needs: ① the filler tank can be fed from the bottom; ② the material cylinder and filling valve can achieve full automatic CIP cleaning.
