The pulp molding system can use all kinds of waste paper to produce high quality molded fiber products. A complete pulp molded production line consists of pulp making system, molding system, drying system and automatic stacking system, and packing system, etc.

 FEATURES AT A GLANCE

1.Pulping system:

•Pulping system is mainly comprised of auto feeder, hydrapulpter, pulp pump, multi-function refiner, blender, vibrating screen, control cabinet, etc.

•It can make the pulp by the waste paper. And it is the first step in making process.

•The customer should build the tanks according to the drawing we provide.

2. Molding system

•This system includes a rotary type molding machine, mold, vacuum pump, air compressor, vacuum tank, centrifugal pump, moisture separation pump and control cabinet, etc.

•We could produce the forming mould and transferring mould based on the customer’s request. The material of the mould could be Aluminum, Resin, Plastic.

3. Drying system

•This system includes a conveyor belt, recycled blower, induced fan, burner, bellows, etc.

•This is very important in the all of the lines. When the egg tray is made over by the forming machine, the egg tray will be put on the drying line, they will across the drying channel, then you can get the dry tray!

4. Auto stacking system

•This system includes automatic stacking and counting unit, when you set the required quantity, it will auto push the egg trays out for collecting.

5. Packing system

•This is the last step, you can compress the required quantity of egg trays firmly for packing.

Raw Materials

The raw materials of molded pulp products are waste paper, corrugated paper, waste newspapers, magazines, waste materials from color printing plants and paper boxes. The raw materials are pollution-free and can be recycled. Products are easy to find. The chemical material of the product is the same as that of paper. The mold material can use plastic or aluminum depending on the buyer's requirements and the equipment has stable performance.

The production equipment can also be equipped with an automatic shaping system, automatic printing and automatic labeling system. (For specific requirements, please consult us)

Power supply system: Transformer, cables, junction box and air switch etc.

Water supply and storage, raw material supply and storage, enough labors (at least 4 workers) for installation and test running.
