2. Comprehensive use of advanced technology from Italy and Germany.Filling speed is fast, liquid level control is stable.
3. The bottle is fed into the bottle by air, clamped, rinsed, clamped, filled and capped. The bottle is not limited by the height of the bottle.Oil nylon gear transmission, low noise, smooth operation of the whole machine.
4. Magnetic torque type screw-cap is adopted to realize the functions of screw-cap and screw-cap.The torque of screwing cover is stepless and adjustable, it has the function of sealing plastic cover with constant torque, and does not hurt the cover, the sealing is strict and reliable.Horizontal rotary type pneumatic cover machine, with no damage to the surface of the bottle cover, hopper without a cover signal automatically supplement cover and other functions.
5.The whole machine adopts PLC computer program control and touch screen button of man-machine interface, which has the automatic control of liquid level in the material cylinder, no bottle filling, no bottle without cover, and has the functions of shifting the bottle star wheel, clamping the bottle and stopping the machine without cover in the cover chiller.
6. The surface of the main frame is planer planing, drilling and steel plate thickness of 25mm. The exterior sealed glass Windows are all tempered glass.
7. Independent electrical control unit, easy to maintain, no water return.All spindle seat, table support are 304 stainless steel, all axles are leak-proof cover, prevent rust in water, with oil network system, refueling convenience.
