➤ Metal processing, especially in the processing of cast iron and aluminum alloy, machine tool lubricating oil and workpiece processing fine chips mixed with cutting fluid, on the surface of the liquid tank, often covered with thick and viscous sludge and scum. Because the oil layer isolates the air, anaerobic bacteria and microorganisms are easy to multiply in the cutting fluid, causing the cutting fluid to deteriorate. Therefore, continuous and effective separation of miscellaneous oil scum is crucial to extending the life of cutting fluid.
➤ Traditional belt, hose, and disk degreaser, suitable for bringing clean oil out of water. The mixed oil becomes very viscous after mixing with impurities such as fine chips and grinding wheel end, and in this harsh working condition, it will not be long before the traditional oil remover will be paralyzed. Even if the continuous manual cleaning, the separation efficiency is very low. The solution is to use a high kinetic energy suction device to extract the thick sludge scum and separate it.
OW series miscellaneous oil separation system is composed of three parts: "floating weir suction" + "high kinetic energy suction" + "slag liquid separation".
■ There are two kinds of suction suction and suction suction suction, which can automatically adapt to liquid level fluctuations, and the suction is always located at the junction of miscellaneous oil scum and cutting liquid level, ensuring that a large number of viscous miscellaneous oil scum and a small amount of cutting fluid are inhaled, improving the separation efficiency. The surface of the floating weir is treated with special anti-fouling treatment and self-cleaning device to make it durable and efficient.
■ The high kinetic energy suction source generates negative pressure from the vacuum tank, and sends the miscellaneous oil scum from the suction of the floating weir through the pipeline to the slag liquid separation unit. Compared with diaphragm pump, vacuum dynamic energy has long life, low energy consumption, low noise, and negative pressure transmission pipeline can be several meters long, which can make OW series match large-scale centralized filtration system.
■ The slag liquid separation box is designed according to different working conditions, or the impurities with small density are separated by floating, or the impurities with large density are separated by settling scraping, and the impurities and foam sludge can also be separated by paper tape filtration, and the cutting fluid is returned to the filter for recycling.
