DPFX separator is a high-speed, high-precision, hermetic and high-efficiency separation equipment, mainly apply to solid-liquid two phase separation and concentrated in fermentation broth, chemical and pharmaceutical and other industrials. All parts in contact with liquids are made of high grade stainless steel material (or special acid-resistant material), so that effectively reduce the corrosion due to the separation liquid contact with the parts surface, and accord with the food hygiene requirements. Adopt top feeding for this machine so that only need lower pressure for feeding inlet port.
The driving of the separator employs hydraulic coupler and a pair of helical step-up gears, the motor starts slowly by hydraulic coupler and drives the cross shaft, and then makes vertical shaft and drum get to rated speed in a defined time(approximately 6~7mins) through a pair of helical step-up gears, so it can step up steadily and have overload protection.
