Prime Power 300KW/375KVA Natural Gas Generator. The genset is with the  refitted Cummins engine & Marathon alternator.

1）The gas engines are developed by the Cummins diesel engines,that have equal mechanical strength with the diesel ones,universal accessories of the most parts between them, wide range of accessories supply and low maintenance;

2）In order to adapt to the characteristics of the gas engines, it’s in strict accordance with the the international advanced technology standards of the main parts making such as the piston, camshaft, cylinder head, exhaust pipe and so on,which are covered from the raw materials’ selecting,the processing technologies and precision’s controlling.It can ensure the gas engines’ stabilities and durabilities of the advanced design concepts and precise processing technologies;

3）The gas generator sets are equipped with the new technologies of rarefied combustion, multi-point closed-loop and high-energy independent multiple ignition, which greatly improve the thermal efficiency conversion,make the engine power increasing, save the fuels, and reduce the emission and exhaust temperature;

4) The gas generator sets are equipped with the advanced electronic speed control system special used for the gas engines,the large torque actuators and the position sensors’ feedback, which  have the  features of fast speed control responses, high stabilities and small errors;

5) The gensets are equipped with the inlet pressure temperature sensors, the exhaust temperature sensors, the water temperature sensors, the oil pressure sensors, the safety explosion-proof valves, the back-fire relief valves, the supercharger discharge valves, the gas leakage alarm detectors, the gas cut-off electromagnetic valves,that can ensure the gensets’ safe,continuous and reliable running effectively.
