300KW Zichai marine generator set

The unit is an old ship retrofit project for domestic shipowners. In the project, a brand new 300KW, 1000 rpm marine main generator set needs to be replaced.

Kaihua Power, as a manufacturer of marine generator sets, discussed the technical requirements of the new unit with users in detail, and finally successfully produced this 300KW medium-speed Zichai marine diesel generator set.

Zichai Power Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Agricultural Development Group Co., Ltd., a professional manufacturer of high-power medium and high-speed diesel engines in China, with a production history of 47 years. The company is headquartered in Zichai Industrial Park, Zibo High-tech Zone, with three subsidiaries: Qingdao Zichai Boyang Diesel Engine Co., Ltd., Zibo Zichai New Energy Co., Ltd. and Zichai Machinery Co., Ltd.

Zichai Power is equipped with an air-start motor for the power of the generator set, so the unit can be started not only electrically, but also by the air-start motor. Kaihua Power's Kangfu Motors selected by customers meet the requirements of international standards IEC IEC-34, BS4999 and 5000, ISO8528.3, NEMA MG1-22, CSA C22-100 and AS1359, and comply with GB7060, GB / T12975 China Class The company ’s “Code for Classification of Sea-going Steel Ships” stipulates that it has obvious advantages such as strong starting nonlinear load capacity.

For the control system, Kaihua Power designed Enda's marine monitor for customers. Not only has high water temperature, low oil pressure, high speed and other related alarm settings, but also has a remote control function, allowing customers to realize the various data of diesel engine operation through the marine control panel. This greatly facilitates the user's operating experience and provides multiple guarantees for the safe and stable operation of the diesel engine.
