100KVA DCEC Cummins Silent type diesel generator sets

This is a silent diesel generator produced by our company, which uses Cummins diesel engine, Stanford generator and Smartgen controller, which are well-known brands at home and abroad, to complete the set. The silent boxes with national patent technology are all made of Anshan Iron and Steel 3mm cold plate; at the same time, through strict pickling phosphating and multi-layer baking painting, the fire and corrosion prevention effects are effectively achieved. There is an eight-hour fuel tank at the bottom; the interior is made of high-density flame-retardant sound-absorbing cotton with a thickness of 5 cm; the smoke exhaust system uses thermal insulation cotton and a secondary silencer to keep the noise below 68 decibels during operation. Unique sewage valve design, battery switch design, explosion-proof lamp device is more user-friendly. With the exquisite workmanship and remarkable noise reduction effect, our company's silent generator is quickly loved by domestic and foreign customers and obtained a large number of export orders, which are exported to Southeast Asia, America and African countries.

Features:

Products comply with GB / T2820-1997 or GB12786-91 national standards, and have been put on the market in batches. Silent diesel generator sets are widely used in post and telecommunications, hotel buildings, entertainment venues, hospitals, shopping malls, industrial and mining enterprises and other places with strict environmental noise requirements, as a common or backup power source.

1. Significant low noise performance, the noise limit of the unit is 68 decibels 7 meters away from the unit.

2. The silent box is environmentally friendly baking varnish type, after pickling and phosphating treatment, it can play the role of fire and corrosion prevention. At the same time, it has a unique rain groove and seal design, and the silent box has a higher level of rain and weather resistance.

3. The overall design is compact in structure, small in size and novel in appearance.

4. Efficient noise reduction type multi-channel intake and exhaust air inlet and exhaust channel design, effectively prevent the inhalation of debris and dust, increase the air intake and exhaust area, to ensure that the unit has sufficient power performance guarantee.

5. Large impedance compound silencer, to achieve good noise reduction effect.

6. Eight-hour large-capacity base daily fuel tank.

7. The special quick opening cover plate makes maintenance more convenient.
