2 Structure 结构
KSD03 thermal protector uses bimetal disc of geometric forms to make bimetal snap action according to heat surface and current heat effect,then make the action of movable contact to cut off or connect circuit, which plays a over temperature and over load protection role.Advantages of high sensitivity.the thermal protector case is filling with epoxy resin to insulation,wear-resisting, moisture-proof and preventing leakage .
热保护器是采用一定几何形状的双金属片, 无需辅助机构, 仅靠双金属片的自身感温和电流热效应, 使双金属元件的状态发生快速变化, 直接带动触点实现自动切断和接通电路, 起到过热, 过载保护作用. 具有灵敏度高等优点; 热保护器的外壳由环氧树脂 材料密封, 具有绝缘, 耐磨, 防潮, 防止渗漏等特点.
